Kisaki is appointed at the new captain of Toman’s Third Division, much to the chagrin of its other members, as Kisaki is from Moebius. Takemichi gets himself into trouble when he attacks Kisaki in a fit of rage. He later privately begs Mikey to remove Kisaki from Toman. Mikey agrees under the condition that Takemichi can bring Keisuke Baji back into the gang, but threatens to kill Takemichi if he fails to do so. Mikey then decides that Takemichi is official a Toman member under the Second Division.
