Mikey announces that Toman and Valhalla will merge into a 450-person group and Kisaki is celebrated as their savior. Chifuyu becomes first-division vice commander and picks Takemichi to become the commander. Believing that he has saved Hinata and undone the future he came from, he returns and finds himself as a high-level executive member of Toman, which has retained its founding members except for Mikey, who has disappeared and Draken, who was executed. Kisaki, who is now the leader of Toman in Mikey’s absence, privately tells Takemichi and Chifuyu that he planned for Baji’s death all along before killing Chifuyu with a gunshot to the head for secretly working against Kisaki in the 12 years since Baji died as a “Judas” who betrayed the group to the police. Kisaki shoots Takemichi in the leg and calls him “my hero” as a tear rolls down his face before the screen cuts to black and a gunshot is heard.
