Draken’s past is revealed, as well as how he and Mikey became friends. In the present, Takemichi and Naoto track down Nobutaka Osanai, the former president of Moebius who is now a timid, mild-mannered construction worker. Osanai denies direct responsibility for Draken’s death, but claims that the tragedy triggered internal conflicts in Toman and that somebody else was behind it all. Takemichi returns to the past and begs Mikey and the others not to follow through with the fight, but they refuse to listen. Osanai and the rest of Moebius arrive suddenly, fully prepared to fight Toman.
